A robust herb, able to withstand roasting & grilling. Delicious combined with lemon for chicken or garlic for lamb or beef. It also combines well with vegetables. It's flavour is gently released when simmered in a stew, soup, stock or casserole. Robust & earthy aroma with a slight minty flavour.
