Black Forest Gateau

Our black forest gateau is made with a moist chocolate sponge with layers of fresh cream, black cherry pulp and chocolate ganache.

HOW TO USE
- Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
- Cut with a gentle sawing action, using a serrated knife previously dipped in hot water.
- Remove plastic collar before serving.
