Our Peppermint Caramel Gateau is a moist chocolate sponge with layers of caramel mousse, crunchie biscuit and peppermint flavoured chocolate shavings.

HOW TO USE

Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Cut with a gentle sawing action, using a serrated knife previously dipped in hot water
